Shipping and Delivery
At Hushop, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Below, you will find information about delivery times, regions covered, associated costs, and applicable shipping conditions.
Delivery Regions
We ship to the following regions and countries:
- Mainland Portugal and Islands (Azores and Madeira)
- European Countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Greece, United Kingdom, Iceland, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Malta, Norway, and Spain.
Delivery Service
All orders are shipped via CTT Expresso.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Mainland Portugal and Spain: 3 to 5 business days.
- Azores and Madeira: 5 to 8 business days.
- Other European Countries: 5 to 8 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. We ship products up to a maximum weight of 30kg.
Below are the estimated shipping costs for different regions:
- Mainland Portugal and Spain: Between €6 and €14.
- Azores and Madeira: From €9.
- Other European Countries: From €20.
The higher the weight of the order, the higher the associated cost. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If the delivery of the order cannot be completed, the following procedures will apply:
A notification will be left at the recipient’s address, indicating:
- The date and time the delivery was attempted.
- The tracking number of the shipment.
- The CTT store or pickup point where the order is available for collection and the deadline for collection.
If the recipient or their representative does not collect the order within the specified timeframe, the package will be returned to the sender.
Hushop is not responsible for the costs of re-shipping, which will be charged again to the customer if they request a new delivery attempt.
Proof of Delivery
The delivery confirmation is recorded through:
- The recipient’s signature on the delivery document provided by CTT Expresso; or
- A PIN code provided by CTT Expresso as an alternative to a signature.
By using an electronic device to confirm delivery, both the sender and recipient accept this validation method as conclusive proof of delivery.
