Returns and Refunds

At Hushop, operated by IllusionFuture Lda, we value customer satisfaction and respect consumer rights. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and refunds, in accordance with applicable European Union regulations.

1. Right to Return

Consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receiving the order.

To exercise this right, the customer must:

  1. Inform Hushop of their intention to return the product within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Send the product back within an additional 14 days from the date of notification.

 

2. Eligible Products for Return

Eligible Products

  • Products that show no signs of use or damage and are returned in their original packaging.


Non-Eligible Products

  • Products that have been altered or damaged by the customer.

 

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to hello@hushop.pt including:

    • Your order number
    • Details of the product to be returned
    • The reason for the return

  2. Wait for confirmation from our team before shipping the product.

  3. After confirmation, return the product within the stipulated period to the following address:

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally covered by the customer.

In cases of defective products or errors made by the store, Hushop may cover the shipping costs and either replace or refund the product.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product to ensure compliance with this policy.

The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received.

The initial shipping costs may be refunded only in cases of defective products or store errors.

 

6. Claims for Defective Products

If a customer discovers a defect or issue with a product, they must contact Hushop within 14 days of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photos or additional information for evaluation.

If a defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced or refunded, and return shipping costs may be covered by the store.

 

7. Cancellation Policy and Refunds for Workshops

Customer Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel and receive a refund if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop.
  • The cancellation request must be sent to workshop@hushop.pt.

Organizer Cancellations

Hushop reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop in the event of:

  • Insufficient participants
  • Unforeseen circumstances preventing the event from being held under ideal conditions

If a cancellation occurs, customers will be notified, and the registration fee will be refunded or used as credit for another workshop.

Waitlist

  • If a workshop is fully booked, customers may send an email to workshop@hushop.pt with the subject:
    “Waitlist – [Workshop Name]”
  • We will contact you if a spot becomes available.
