Hushop sells:

Home Decoration Products
The products displayed on the website are described and illustrated as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color and scale may occur due to digital processing or differences between devices and screens.

Some of the products available on Hushop are handmade or produced in different batches and periods, which may result in variations in finishing, shades, or other details. These differences are normal characteristics of artisanal production and are not considered defects.

Please note that all images, texts, and content presented are copyrighted and cannot be used without authorization.

Workshops
The costs of workshops include organization, training time, necessary materials, and the trainer’s fee.

Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment and are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payments

Hushop offers secure and convenient payment methods for its customers, ensuring transparency in the costs presented.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer: You can choose to make a payment directly to our bank account, following the instructions provided during checkout.
• Credit Card: Payments are processed quickly and securely through the WooPayments platform.

VAT and Cost Calculation

• Prices displayed on the website include VAT, calculated based on the rate in effect in mainland Portugal, where the store is based.
• For purchases made by customers from Portugal’s Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira) or other countries, VAT will be automatically recalculated in the cart according to the applicable rate in the destination country or region. This adjustment is made based on the address or postal code provided during the checkout process.
• The total order amount will be updated before completing the purchase to reflect the correct VAT rate for the destination.

Workshops

• The cost of workshops is calculated based on several factors, such as the type of training, included materials, and event duration.
• All details and pricing of workshops are indicated on the respective registration page.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively via CTT Expresso, with estimated delivery times between 3 to 8 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

Shipping Costs:

• Mainland Portugal and Spain: 6€ – 14€
• Portugal Islands (Azores and Madeira):  From 9€
• European Union: From 20€

Shipping Fee Calculation:

The final shipping cost is calculated based on the order weight and delivery distance.

Although we make every effort to meet the indicated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs issues, or logistics problems.
